Creating your custom photo block is easy! Simply choose your preferred bloc size from our products page, then use our online designer tool to upload your photo and position it exactly how you want. You can zoom, rotate, and adjust your image until it looks perfect, then place your order. No design skills needed.

We accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG image formats. For the best print quality, we recommend using a high-resolution photo (at least 300 DPI at the print size). Our designer tool will alert you if your image resolution may result in reduced quality. Photos from modern smartphones typically work perfectly.

Every bloc is made to order in 3–5 working days before dispatch. Standard UK delivery then takes 3–5 working days and costs £3.99 (free on orders over £50), or choose Express for 1–2 working days at £7.99. Yes, we do ship internationally, but our checkout currently shows UK delivery options only. Email sales@photoblocs.co.uk with your delivery address and what you would like, and we will quote the international rate before you order. UK delivery is £3.99 standard or £7.99 express, and free on orders over £50.

Because each Photo Bloc is custom-made with your personal photo, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your bloc arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days at sales@photoblocs.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
