1. Delivery Service
We use trusted courier services to ensure your photo blocs arrive safely. All products are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit.
2. UK Delivery Rates

Prices include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch
- Express: 1-2 working days | £7.99
- Premium Postcodes: 4-7 working days from dispatch
- Offshore/Islands: 5-10 working days from dispatch
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Production time for personalised photo blocs is typically 2-3 working days before dispatch.
4. Premium Postcodes
The following postcode areas are classified as premium delivery zones with extended delivery timeframes:
Scottish Highlands, Islands, and remote areas including: AB37-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, IV (all), KW1-14, PA20-78, PH15-50, and all Scottish island postcodes.
5. International Delivery
We are able to ship internationally. International delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery timeframes vary by destination
- Tracking information will be provided where available
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the damage (both packaging and product)
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
Important: Please report any damage within 14 days of receipt. We may be unable to process claims after this period.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Collection
Collection is not currently available. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
