These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Photo Blocs and any orders placed through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

2. Definitions

• "Customer", "you", "your" – the person placing an order or using our website
• "We", "us", "our" – Photo Blocs
• "Order" – a request to purchase products or services from us
• "Products" – personalised photo blocs and related items available for purchase
• "Services" – photo printing, personalisation, and related services

3. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed by you constitute an offer to purchase products or services from us. No order shall be deemed to be accepted by us until we confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The product is unavailable
• There is an error in pricing or product description
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• The uploaded image does not meet our quality or content standards

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment for all products must be made in full at the time of ordering
• We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods as displayed at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed

5. Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and display technology
• The final printed product may have minor variations from the on-screen preview
• Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±2mm

6. Personalised Products

By uploading images to our designer tool:

• You confirm you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it
• You grant us a licence to reproduce the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order
• You acknowledge that personalised/custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective
• We reserve the right to refuse any image that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of copyright

7. Delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed
• Delivery charges apply as displayed at checkout
• You must inspect products within 14 days of receipt and report any damage or defects to us immediately
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

8. Returns & Refunds

Standard Products: You may cancel an order for standard (non-personalised) products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Personalised Products: Custom-made photo blocs and bespoke items are excluded from the right to cancel, except in cases of defect or non-conformity with your order.

Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return delivery costs.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

9. Image Quality & Print Requirements

• For best results, uploaded images should be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI at print size)
• We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images
• Our designer tool provides guidelines to help you achieve the best results
• We may contact you if we believe your image quality is insufficient for a satisfactory print

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Photo Blocs and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question
• We exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or business losses
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

14. Complaints

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms applicable at the time you place your order will govern that transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
